Our yacht charters in Ibiza are complemented by unique experiences and an all-round service for a fantastically beautiful holiday experience.

To support our team, we are now looking for a full-time tourism clerk (m/f/d) . Are you passionate about travel and want to create unique holiday experiences on Ibiza and Formentera? Then we look forward to getting to know you soon!

Your task as a tourism clerk:

• Customer acquisition and customer retention through first-class service
• Inspiration and advice to our customers about our offers
• Focus on the organization, support and implementation of incentive trips
• Support and advice for our corporate and VIP customers
• Organization of arrival, hotel accommodation and daily program for customer events
• Close cooperation with cooperation partners and expansion of our network such as car rental, hotels and holiday properties

What to bring:

• Successfully completed training as a travel or tourism clerk or comparable qualifications with a suitable focus on the position
• First experience from previous travel or tourism clerk jobs is an advantage
• Experienced use of common MS Office programs
• Sales oriented and enjoys traveling
• Sociability, communication and persuasiveness
• Structured, responsible way of working
• Very good German and English language and writing skills
• Knowledge of Spanish an advantage
• Ideally, you already live in Ibiza
