Indoor sales representative (m/f/d)

Our yacht charters in Ibiza are perfectly complemented by unique experiences and water toys for a fantastically beautiful holiday.

To support our team, we are now looking for a full-time back office sales representative (m/f/d) for our office in Ibiza. If you are motivated and articulate and you find it easy to convince people of yourself, you have come to the right place!

Your task as a sales representative:

• Holistic support and advice for existing and new customers
• Telephone acquisition of new customers
• Telephone contact to already existing contacts in the system
• Independent coordination of customer appointments as well as preparation and follow-up of these
• Sale of our yacht charter offers and water toys (Seabobs, Lampugas...)
• Maintenance of the CRM system (management of customer master data and updating of prospect lists)
• Occasional visits to trade fairs, seminars and similar events to acquire new customers

What to bring:

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualifications helpful, but not required - career changers with high motivation and willingness to learn are also welcome
• Previous experience in sales would be an advantage
• Experienced use of common MS Office programs
• Previous experience with CRM systems would be an advantage
• Sociability, communication and persuasiveness
• Performance and completion orientation as well as a structured, independent way of working
• Very good German and English language and writing skills
• Knowledge of Spanish an advantage
• Ideally, you already live in Ibiza
