Frequently asked questions
All our boats are child friendly. Our team ensures that suitable life jackets are available on board. In the case of minors, a legal guardian must be present. Please be sure to let us know if there are children under the age of 6 on board so that we can have special safety equipment on board.
Bad days are very rare in Ibiza summer. However, if the weather is unsuitable, we will be happy to rebook your charter. If this is not possible, the amount will be refunded.
A charter day includes 8 hours. You can do this at variable times between 10:00 a.m. earliest start and 10:00 p.m. latest return in the harbour. Exact times vary in spring and fall.
If the 8H has passed too quickly, you can stay on board for longer in consultation with the staff for a fee.
The skipper is included. Minibar, towels, 21% VAT (Spanish tax) and snorkeling equipment are always included in the price.
A mini bar with soft drinks and beer, as well as a bottle of wine, is already on board. If you wish, you can order additional drinks and our food boxes .
To confirm the booking you can pay the amount via PayPal, Apple / Google Pay or credit card payment. If desired, the amount can also be paid by bank transfer. Please arrange this with a sales manager in advance so that the reservation can be extended for the bank working days. The tip for the skipper is preferably due in cash at the end of the charter.
A captain is included with all boats. All our captains speak Spanish and English.
